License terms for Kinoa

1. Rights holder

The skin "Kinoa" (code, layouts, artwork, menu bands, wallpapers, start pictures) is protected by copyright. The rights holder is AC Media, owner Adrian Cherlea.

2. What you may do

• Install and use the skin privately on up to 5 of your own devices in your household.
• Make backup copies of the zip file for yourself.
• Set up the skin as you like in the settings and the menu editor.

3. What you may not do

• Share, sell, lend, upload or publish the zip file or parts of it (including single artwork or wallpapers).
• Preinstall the skin on devices that are sold or given to third parties, or include it in "builds", repositories or third-party packages.
• Offer the skin, modified or unmodified, as your own product.
• Use the skin for unlawful purposes, in particular with add-ons or sources that infringe copyright.

4. Commercial use

Commercial use (e.g. in hotels, bars or when selling devices) requires a separate written license. Contact [email protected].

5. Third-party components

The skin contains the fonts Noto Sans (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Roboto Thin (Apache License 2.0). Their license texts are in the fonts folder of the zip file; only their own licenses apply to these fonts.

6. Termination

Any breach of these terms ends the right of use. The skin must then be removed from all devices. Further claims remain reserved.

Kodi® is a registered trademark of the XBMC Foundation. This license grants no rights to third-party trademarks.
